In this time of contingency, we have implemented some extraordinary measures in order to protect the health of both our service providers and our clients, and thus minimize the risks against the coronavirus.
- Your Homer will take extreme care and hygiene measures, like the collected hair and short and manicured nails.
- Your homer will follow (we ask you to do it too) the measure of "safety distance".
- They will perform frequent hand hygiene (washing with soap and water or alcoholic solutions). Hand hygiene is the main measure of infection prevention and control.
- It will avoid the manipulation of personal objects during all your service. They will wear a mask at all times during the service.
- All our service providers will follow the updated recommendations set by the health authorities.
It is important that you know that:
- If you have special hygiene measures for your home, your Homer will help you implement them.
- If your Homer has cold symptoms, dry cough or fever, WILL NOT BE PRESENTED TO YOUR SERVICE. We will notify you as soon as possible and
we will assign another ally. - In case you have similar symptoms at home, we ask for your support to notify us as soon as possible so that your Homer does not go or retire.
